What are Gigamats?

What materials are the mats made from?
Our gaming mats are made from high-quality rubber with a smooth poly cloth micro weave surface. This provides a soft, non-slip surface that's durable, easy to clean, and comfortable for extended gaming sessions.
Can I choose a custom design for my gaming mat?
Absolutely! You can upload your own design, logo, or artwork. Whether it's a favorite game theme, a personal logo, or a specific color scheme, the possibilities are endless. For more information and guidance on artwork sizes and formats read here.
What size artwork should I upload?
Once you’ve selected your mat size, you’ll be prompted to upload your design file during the order process. We accept most standard file formats, including PNG, JPEG. Make sure your file is high-resolution (300 dpi) for the best print quality. For more information and guidance on artwork sizes and formats read our image guidelines & advice.
How long does it take to receive my custom gaming mat?
We aim to print and ship all orders before the end of the next working day. Depending on the shipping method you choose, and your location, you will receive your order between 2 and 14 working days later. Please read about our shipping methods here before placing your order. We’ll keep you updated with tracking information once your order is on its way if possible.
Can I order multiple mats with the same design?
Yes! You can order as many mats as you need with the same design. Bulk orders may be eligible for a discount - contact our sales team for more details.
Is there a minimum order quantity for custom mats?
No, there’s no minimum order requirement. Whether you want one mat or one hundred, we can accommodate your order.
What is your return policy for custom gaming mats?
Since each custom gaming mat is made to order, we do not offer returns or exchanges unless there is a defect or error on our part. This applies even if you choose a design from our library rather than uploading your own design as we don't hold stock of any designs, we print them to order.
If you receive a mat that is incorrect or damaged, please contact us immediately, and we’ll make it right.

How do I care for my Gigamat?
Our desk pads are easy to maintain. Simply wipe them down with a damp cloth to clean. For more thorough cleaning, you can scrub them by hand them with mild soap and water or wash in the washing machine on a cold setting (please avoid using detergent) on a delicate setting. Hang and leave to air dry. Do not tumble dry.
Can I get a sample before placing a large order?
We don't offer samples, but we don't have a minimum order so you are welcome to order one to make sure you are happy with the quality and print. If you’re placing a large order and want to see a proof first, please contact our sales team to discuss.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our custom gaming mats worldwide! We also offer expedited shipping methods at a low cost if you are in a hurry. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes that may apply.

Can I cancel or make changes to my order after it’s been placed?
To ensure a speedy service all orders are automatically sent to our printing machines as soon as the order is placed - even during the night. This means that we are unable to make any changes or cancel an order once it has been placed. Please double check your artwork before placing your order. We are always happy to advise if you're not sure about something, just contact us and send us your artwork to check.
What if my design includes copyrighted images?
You are responsible for ensuring that any design you submit does not infringe on copyright or trademark laws. If you have permission to use the images in this manner, we’re happy to print them if you can provide documentation to show this. Otherwise, please use original designs or artwork that you own.
